aa - the first in our "focus" series (aa, uu, ff, au, rr, ao, rl, sp & th). This is the one that started it all. The game to end all games. If you love games, this game is great. If you hate them, well this is a great anti-game. Either way, it'll be good and it's free. aa is the best "hello world" app to get on your iPhone, iPod or iPad. Get stuck into 600 unique and deceptively challenging levels. Timing is key in aa, but all that's required is simple taps (anywhere on the screen, wherever feels comfortable) to move the dots into the circle or in later levels hold down and release to control the speed. Just avoid collisions at all costs. If you're new to aa or you've been around since inception, you'll love the refinement that's been achieved in this latest iteration. If you're using iOS 7 or later on an iPad 2, iPad Air, iPhone 4, 4S, 5, 5S, 6, 6 Plus or an iPod Touch - there's a clear sense of focus on providing an aligned and immersive experience without clutter. Instead that energy is directed towards making the raw elements of aa feel great and perform seamlessly. This is true for all products in our "focus" series, so check them all out. From level one, it'll be clear that the ethos whereby a game should be entertaining, engaging, fun but sometimes tough at a stripped back level shines through without unneccesary theming or a needless storyline. This is the true test of an ideas' worth and how well it's been executed. When it's done well, the experience for the user is much more direct, connected and ultimately better. An endearing aspect of aa is that each level has infinite ways it can be solved. Every piece you add, then effects how the next piece is going to be added, it's entirely up to you how you solve any of the 600 levels. Top the leaderboard and earn medals (bronze, silver and gold). There's 600 levels to solve right now, intertwined with zillions of surprises along the way that you'll love. You can also go back and replay any level you've already passed at any time (Choose Level). If you're stuck on a really tricky level, skip it! (Tap Skip Level on the Fail screen) If you can't wait, unlock all 600 levels right now and replay at your own pace!
